CPEG2020 will be held, next year, at Kyoto University's Clock Tower building. Get ready by submitting an abstract, today!

Autumn is in full swing in Kyoto! One of the best times of the year to visit this city. We're a year away to accept abstracts to #CPEG2020, and a little less than two years to the conference. Mark your calendars, for time flies!

Kyoto University, host to #CPEG2020, was founded in June 1897 and the College of Science and Engineering was established in September of the same year as the first of several colleges in a confederation of colleges comprising the university. The Research Group of Professor Katsumi, Chair of CPEG2020, has its main offices located precisely here, at the "Civil Engineering Historic Building". History has always been made here, and will continue to be so at CPEG2020.

Professor Takeshi Katsumi, Chair of #CPEG2020, was invited to deliver a plenary lecture during the 8ICEG in Hangzhou. The topic of his lecture was "Towards Sustainable Soil Management -- Reuse of Excavated Soils with Natural Contamination"
